1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

Only what you send us yourself: your name, your company or website, your email address or phone number, and what you write in your message. This website has no forms and no user accounts, and stores nothing you type.

The Email us and WhatsApp links open your own email app or WhatsApp, and nothing leaves your device until you send a message there.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote: steps taken at your request before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in answering correspondence, Art. 6(1)(f).
Carrying out a project we agree on: performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b).
Accounting and tax records: legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c).
Establishing or defending legal claims: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).

4. Who else processes it

Website hosting: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Like every web server, it keeps technical access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security.
Email: our mailbox is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
WhatsApp, if you choose it: WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. Your conversation with us is then also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Our accountant, for invoices and contracts only.

We never sell your data or pass it on for anyone else's marketing.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Google and WhatsApp (Meta) may process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses. Simply browsing this website sends nothing outside the EEA: it loads no external scripts, fonts or analytics.

6. How long we keep it

An enquiry that did not lead to a project: up to 12 months after our last contact.
Project data: for as long as the contract runs, then until claims under it are time-barred.
Accounting records: for as long as tax law requires (in Poland, 5 years from the end of the tax year).

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or deleted, for processing to be restricted, and for a copy in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live, work or where you think the infringement took place.

8. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.

9. Do you have to give us your data?

No, but without a way to reach you we can't reply or prepare a quote.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
